Uncle Tom's All-Purpose Seasoning and Barbecue Rub has been used on a lot more things than I've learned of but a partial list would include:
Fish (salmon & halibut, shrimp & scallops)
Eggs (scrambled and/or fried)
Potatoes (baked and French fried)
In short, I suspect you can use it anywhere you'd use salt but want just a subtle twist and a little kick.
