Here's a recipe I got from one of my high school teachers:
Grilled Chicken Breast
2 Butterflied chicken breasts
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 Tbsp Uncle Tom's All-Purpose Seasoning
Wisk together the lemon juice, olive oil and Uncle Tom's
Place butterflied chicken breasts in a re-sealable Zip-Lock bag and pour in the marinade mixture
Press out as much of the air as possible and seal the bag
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours up to overnight
Grill on medium-high heat until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees
Serve and enjoy!
