I’m a barbecue contest judge and have sunk my teeth into some of the best barbecue ever. So I took some of the components, did a bit of blending of my own and the contents of this jar are the result. It started out for use on beef brisket. It’s been used on beef, pork, ribs, chicken and fish, green beans, salads, corn, popcorn, you name it. One guy even tried it on ice cream (don’t know that I’d recommend that one). Give it a try…I hope you’ll enjoy it as much as everyone else has.
